If I could give this location a negative 0 stars I would. They are a hot mess every time i go. They sell you hot wings but want you to pay for the ranch dressing. Where they do that at..KFC ON LOCKWOOD AND CAVALCADE that's where!! So today SEPTEMBER 2ND 2018 my husband ordered an 8 piece half grilled and half original. The chicken was so small and so over cooked that it wasn't fit for a damn rat. Needless to sayi'm done giving this location any more chances!!

This is undoubtedly the worst KFC in all of Houston. I don't understand why it's still in business. After 3 bad experiences I've had enough. Experiences ranging from missing food items, old food items, bad customer service, one day they served me a biscuit that was so hard I used it to knock on the bullet proof glass they work behind just to illustrate my point. It didn't even break the biscuit. The service Manager lied and told me she had original chicken, but gave me crispy instead.This ghetto wratched hood store needs to be closed down.

Never going back..ordered $5 fill up box with wings..cost $7.52..asked for a ranch and hot sauce..the cashier said....27 cent each..I politely asked for my money back and drove off..who charges for condiments..only in hood!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This KFC is THE WORST they over charged us and then when we went to tell them about our order they only gave us $10 back when it was more. They shouldn't even get one star so my recommendation is to not go there at all.

Terrible! They charged us for 16 pieces of chicken but gave us half of the entire order . Apparently they hiring people who can't count . Don't waste your money or time .
